"From start to finish, the team members of Bob Moses were a pleasure to work with. I worked primarily with Matt. His level of professionalism and communication were excellent. This is my second car to have a ceramic coat and fifth in my family. Matt explained the process with ease, followed-up with texts and polite phone calls before the appointment and provided a detailed description of aftercare and maintenance. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I felt at ease knowing that my car was safe overnight. Matt fixed an area where I had removed some car emblems where glue had remained. You couldn’t even tell that I made a mistake. That was an above and beyond part of my experience. As a first time Tesla owner, I know that the paint quality is below average. Matt walked the car with a fine-toothed comb before starting the work. He showed me several areas that were manufacturer defects and how they would go about handling those areas with extreme care. The results were amazing. I would highly recommend that all Tesla owners consider some sort of wrap or ceramic coating to improve that one and only issue with the car.
