"The best customer service EVER!!!! I had my 5th wheel ceramic coated a few years ago by Bob Moses Ceramic Coating in Phoenix, AZ and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the products used, the attention to detail, service provided, customer service and overall experience. Hands down the most top notch company I have ever worked with. I also traveled 6 hours from home just to use these guys because their reputation certainly precedes them. Recently, drove back out to them for my annual inspection/detail and decided to leave my truck/trailer there and fly back home and parlay my return with a Glamis trip on my way back to CA. When the time for my trip to come back to pick up my truck/trailer I got on my flight as I normally would only to realize I had forgotten my trailer/truck keys just as the plane doors were shut. I immediately got on my phone on the tarmac and booked a round trip flight from PHX to San Diego and then back to PHX that same day. So yeah, my day consisted of SD to PHX, PHX to SD, and then SD back to PHX all within 6 hours. I felt like such an idiot, but it made for a great story around the camp fire, at my expense of course...lol, but YOLO and I made it to Glamis for my Veterans day trip. When I called Matt Porter over at Bob Moses and explained told him I would be late picking up and what happened you could tell he felt so bad for me having to go through this absolute mess and added expense. He told me since I went through so much hassle that they weren't going to charge me for the services I had them perform to help me out and ease my burden. Who does that...they do! I couldn't have been more appreciative. They already had a customer for life from my previous experiences, but this is just WORLD CLASS Customer service and can't go without mention. If you want the best service, product, and overall experience stop searching and do yourself a favor going with Bob Moses Ceramic Coating...simply the best all the way around. Thanks guys!!!!"
