"UPDATE: Still ❤️ the team at Bob Moses. We had our newest RV done about a year ago and the fact we used their services again shows their worth as we are a repeat (and forever) customers. Shout out to Re'al, always responsive to our needs and makes us feel like we're "special customers". I've been in the customer service business and making your customers feel that way is a gift. Thanks Matt Moses for hiring such a great team and providing such good service. Our Lil Imagine looks great! ************************************************* First of all, although I rarely post reviews, I am the Queen of researching, reading reviews and getting real-life recommendations before I use a service. Bob Moses Ceramic Coating was recommended by a GM of a RV center we purchased our RV from and he had raving reviews since they had their personal RV done, in fact, his wife was getting her new vehicle done that very day. A repeat customer! After that, I went searching online and I don't think I've ever seen a company with ALL 5-star reviews. I watched videos and found out that people were coming from all over the country just to have Bob Moses Ceramic Coating do the work on their rigs. (I saw the multitude of vehicles done, but I was interested in RVs). I was satisfied enough to place a call and Matt Moses answered the phone, was extremely helpful and put up with my questions describing myself as OCD and not even bird droppings are allowed on our RV for 24 hours before they are cleaned off. He said we are his "people"! We were scheduled, but, unfortunately our RV was still in service (long, sad, story) and Matt Porter was gracious enough to schedule us for a SUNDAY (who does that?). We met Matt Porter, a young man, wise beyond his years; he was patient and explained to us the whole process. We were concerned that our little trailer would lose its "matte" finish (no pun intended) and he showed us other rigs that had similar coloring as ours. Confident that our trailer was in good hands, back home we went expecting it to be ready in a few days (mid-week). It was ready the NEXT day (it was a very small trailer so I'm sure that helped). It looked great! We were so happy with the results. Matt Porter went over all the maintenance, no more waxing! As simple as it sounds there are some "rules" you have to follow to maintain the ceramic coating and as with many things they sound more daunting than they are until you actually perform the task and it becomes a breeze and you think "why didn't I have this done years ago!). During that time, we met Matt Moses and, although, he was busy he took the time to talk with us and made us feel that even though our rig wasn't as big as the "big guys", we were just as important as customers! Thank you guys! Job well done, people, just take it there! You'll love it! PS sorry, don't have a photo, sold it before we were able to get one, that'll tell you something!"
