"We recently had our new Tacoma undergo a paint correction and ceramic coat at Bob Moses' Gilbert location. It was more preventative and to preserve the paint for years to come (as Toyota's paint is less-than-awesome at withstanding the elements), however, the results were beyond what we imagined and absolutely amazing - the truck is now basically showroom-status.
Hunter Lee performed the work and did an amazing job. Hunter works rigorously and his attention to detail is remarkable. Chris (the owner) is an absolute pleasure to work with and as others have stated, he goes over and beyond to ensure the customer is more than satisfied and understands the work is truly an investment, as it helps maintain the value of the vehicle. One example of going over and beyond included having us take the truck back after the ceramic coating was completed, as our Toyota dealer provided inserts for the lettering stamped into the tailgate several weeks after the purchase. Chris asked us to bring the truck back, had it washed, installed the inserts, re-ceramic coated the tailgate, as well as the inserts. He didn't have to do any of that... but that just speaks to the integrity of the business he runs and his commitment to the customer's success.
I can't say enough about how good the business, Chris and his team are. Thank you, Chris! Thank you, Hunter!"
