"I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Bob Mose Ceramic Coating in Mesa to have my black truck coated including the wheels, and all the glass with their premium ceramic coating. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and the results were absolutely outstanding. First and foremost, the customer service I received was top-notch. The team was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions, and explaining the benefits of ceramic coating in great detail. They made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident in my decision to move forward with the service. The team definitely make you feel like the most important person in the room and hold your vehicle in the highest priority. The application process itself was quick and efficient, and the attention to detail was impressive. I have a black vehicle so any imperfection is intensified. However the team took great pride in making sure that any scratches, and imperfections were addressed and taken care of prior to the coating being applied. The coating was applied evenly and flawlessly, leaving my truck with a stunning, deep, glossy finish that exceeded my expectations. Not only does my vehicle look like it just rolled off the showroom floor, but the ceramic coating provides long-lasting protection against the elements and makes maintenance a breeze. Bob Moses Mesa also gives added value and goes above and beyond by giving you a yearly inspection of your vehicle to make sure everything is still up to par and by supplying you the proper products to maintain your ceramic coating. Finally, when my truck was finished the crew at Bob Moses scheduled a time that would work out best for me to pick it up. During this time they just didn't throw my key at me and say here you go. They actually took the time with me to inspect their work, answer any other questions I had, and finally gave me thorough and detailed instructions of how to best maintain my coating. I could not of been more happy and was extremely happy with the work, attention to detail, and overall experience. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the results from Bob Moses Ceramic Coating in Mesa. If you're looking to protect and enhance the appearance of your vehicle, I highly recommend trusting their expertise and craftsmanship. Top-notch service, exceptional results. "Wowwww, we are only a few weeks into the Ceramic Coating. So far, no regrets. The bugs rinsed off the cap with only hose pressure. No scrubbing after they'd sit almost 3 weeks in the AZ sun. It's pretty impressive. The staff were amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable. One staff member suggested we go to a local diner for breakfast, Jerry Bob's was delish. Tiger and Kyle ("Coyote" because I'm deaf in one ear and can't hear out of the other) are very professional and explained the process. I highly recommend this product. Thank you for your amazing customer service."

"Matt and his team are beyond amazing! Last year I had them ceramic coat my dually truck and 5th wheel travel trailer. What an amazing job they did. When I was both of them now, dirt and bugs come off with no effort. Just this last week, I brought my new Subaru to them to get ceramic coated. Since purchasing it a few months ago, it had been in the body shop for a damaged bumper where I was rear-ended. Due to the weather were I live, I had no had the opportunity to wash the vehicle since I got it out of the body shop. After several days of the vehicle being at Bob Moses's Phoenix location, I received a call from "Little Matt". Matt told me that the entire vehicle and plastic trim had over spray on it. I explained to Matt that the vehicle had been in a collision and in the body shop, however, I did not notice the over spray as the vehicle had not been washed since. Matt went on to tell me that his team had spent 2 days of clay baring the vehicle in an effort to remove the spray and had no luck. Matt told me that since the vehicle had this damage and that it would not look right or live up to "Bob Moses's standards", they would not ceramic coat the vehicle. I asked Matt how much I owed them for their time......ZERO!!! I have since contacted the body shop and working on getting vehicle fixed. Bob Moses and his team are spot on!!! Yes.....they are expensive, but well worth every penny!!!!"

"Just spoke with Matt. Only detailing company that actually picks up their phone (I called 6 places). Took 15 minutes to answer all my questions and educate me on the pros, cons and realities of ceramic coating. Sounds like he’s running an honest shop. I’ll be going in once I get my hood repainted."
