The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. Based on the great job the people at Bob Moses' I'd highly recommend them to do your car. What a difference!"

"This is long but worth the read if you want a true and honest review. I recently purchased a 2025 Genesis Supreme 5th wheel. I began to research ceramic coating companies. It was almost immediately obvious that Bob Moses was the only company to go with. Best product and best warranty. I was initially contacted by a location in Phoenix, AZ. They answered all my questions and were extremely helpful, until I inquired about Bob Moses in Lake Havasu City, AZ. I live in Prescott, AZ and plan on spending winters in Lake Havasu City and it would be more convenient to have them warranty any issues. The Phx employee's attitude changed almost immediately and began to talk down about the Lake Havasu City location. I found it odd that one company location would talk bad about another, when he informed me the Lake Havasu location was a franchise location and he could not book a service at this location. I contacted the Lake Havasu location where I first spoke with Alexis. Alexis was AWESOME!!!! She answered all my questions again and even explained the process better then the other guy. While speaking with her, she put the owner, Misty, on the phone. After spending 15 minutes with these two I made my decision that they were getting my business. When it came time for scheduling I needed to drop my 5th wheel on a Sunday. Misty and Alexis said NO PROBLEM and we set a drop off time. I was expecting one employee to show up and park my 5th wheel. Nope!!!!! I got the entire crew that day. The 5th wheel was moved into their large garage and they immediately began inspecting and prepping the trailer. The customer service was OFF THE HOOK!!!!! I scheduled my pick up time for December 26th, where again they were closed for the holidays, however Alexis and Misty again said NO PROBLEM we will be there! Again the entire crew was there to quality inspect their work in the sunlight and do some touch up. In today's world customer service is lacking in a lot of service companies, but not at the LAKE HAVASU CITY BOB MOSES CERAMIC COATING!!!! Misty's team is the BOMB and I would not go anywhere else. Service was so great I worked a deal and I am dropping off my truck to get done as well. Thank you Misty, Alexis, and the rest of the team for a job well done!!!!"

"We took 2 vehicles there and Tiger was amazing they explained everything in detail from the process and how to care for it The job they did was amazing we have had this done in the past at another place and it was noticeably better at Bob Moses their attention to detail was amazing it was showroom quality and made my custom paint job look dynamic they were able to get it done by a certain time with no notice they did such a amazing job I recommend them to everyone I know with a nice car If you are considering this place and shopping around stop looking they are the best in the business."
